So easy to communicate with

We decided to find a property manager to help us with our rental property after many years of self-managing it was now time to free us from some of the stress of a tenant letting us down and chasing up rent payments etc. Once our current tenant moved out we are now so glad we found Tanya and her team at Christie Roberts Real Estate, from our first meeting with Tanya we felt we made an excellent choice she was able to give us some great ideas to make our home look its best to improve its value and market ability, we then dealt with Crystal (Tanya's daughter) who is also just lovely and so easy to communicate with us and understand our needs throughout. They were very prompt in arranging two successful opens and we have taken up a Tenant that I feel is our best fit. Their professionalism and approach was not pushy and their knowledge of Tenancy Laws and the current Market is so helpful. They have secured us a Tenant in less than a week and we are so looking forward to our property being managed and looked after going forward. Exceeded my expectations

Tanya exceeded my expectations. The way she went beyond what was expected of her, really demonstrated her professionalism, customer service and overall high quality of an agent.

I am based in NSW, so I was unsure how I would manage my property needs afar, however the service was impeccable and she went the extra mile and outside of her job requirements to ensure the service she delivered was successful.

We just wanted to say a big thank you to both of you, in particular to Crystal for the amazing work managing the re-letting of our property. It seems you went above and beyond to make it an easy process. We were expecting it to be quite stressful given the condition it was left in but it couldn't have been smoother.

Professional Team, Top Salesman

We have never sold a property before via auction. Craig and the team at ChristieRoberts Real Estate made the process easy! Although we live interstate and were unable to get back for any of the process which made things a challenge at times, and we are typically what you would call control freaks, Craig walked us through the entire sales process - nothing was too much trouble, nothing was too rushed. Craig was happy to receive calls / emails from us at any time and sent detailed reports on how things were going - culminating in us selling our property above reserve (which we set higher than suggested).
